• The Moon Palace is about 12 kilometers from the Cancun airport.  There are multiple options for this short 15 minute trip including shuttles and private car service.

• ​Guests with a paid reservation of five (5) consecutive nights or more at Moon Palace Cancun shall be entitled to complimentary round-trip shared transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and the resort.

Each member of the Group will be responsible for booking the transportation service a minimum of one weeks in advance.
